Restore - Clearing Anger Recovery Programme 1

Restore helps to develop a positive sense of self and will guide you in the process of strengthening your self esteem, emotional stability and positive identity.

Restore runs for eight weeks, each session is four hours long with several refreshment breaks.

When: Tuesdays, 9.30 am - 1.30 pm,  7th February to 27th March 2012

NEW Resolve FOR MEN only - Clearing Anger Recovery Programme 2

Resolve addresses anger management, relationship breakdown, family violence, poor parenting practice, neglect and abuse, allowing adults to resolve issues that have kept them following destructive patterns of thought, feelings and behaviour.

Resolve runs for eight weeks, each session is four hours long with several refreshment breaks.

When: Thursdays, 9.30 am - 1.30 pm, 9th February to 29th March 2012

Reconnect - Clearing Anger Recovery Programme 3

Do you long.........to be set free to love those you care about the most and receive the love you have longed for? Once you've completed Restore and Resolve you are welcome to participate in Reconnect, the third stage of the Clearing Anger Programmes. Reconnect offers resolution for wounds from childhood that may be causing pain through unresolved childhood issues, fuelling various addictions, depression, eating disorders and painful relationships.

When: Mondays, 9:30 am - 1:30 pm, 13th February to 2nd April 2012

A free creche is provided throughout the duration of the programmes - it is essential to register.

All Clearing Anger Recovery programmes are facilitated by experienced and supervised family therapists.

Brainwave Trust Aotearoa - The Teenage Brain (one off workshop)

Brainwave Trust is a not-for-profit organisation that delivers easy to understand presentations to parents, professionals and the wider community using the latest scientific research on brain development.

Brainwave Trust's presentation will teach you how to relate to and what is going on in the teenager's world through recent neurological developments - not to be missed for anyone who either works with youth or has teenagers.
